At MilkshakeHair, we want you to love your locks, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, hair extensions and tools must remain in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Ensure your items are in their original condition, unused, and with all protective seals intact within 30 days of delivery.

Contact Support

Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship and Track

Send your return using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
